David W. McKibbon Memorial Scholarship Fund

In November 2010 DNSH founder David W. McKibbon passed away after a long battle with heart and respiratory illness. From the very beginning of his association with the Cornerstone orphanage it was David’s goal to help the children to break out of the cycle of poverty and illiteracy. As an organization we desire to honour David’s commitment to this purpose. The David W. McKibbon Memorial Scholarship fund has been established to assist students graduating from our DNSH partner schools or programs as they pursue College or University studies.
Any donation received toward this fund will assist needy Students reach for their goals of higher education.

Through our partnership with Deva Kirubai Social Help Association (DKSHA), Your funds provide food, shelter, clothing and education for the children at the Cornerstone Orphanage.

For a donation of $30 a month you can help to provide the essentials of life for one of our Cornerstone children.

Sampurn Development India

The first school was established in August 2009 as an English Middle School offering classes for Students in K – grade 3. In June 2010 the DNSH Board in partnership with Sampurn Development India, gave approval to add an extension to this School. In June of 2011 three new classrooms were add to the School enabling us to offer classes up to grade 6.

Since then, a High School Campus and vocational training programs to provide continuous education for our students has been developed. Your generous donation will help provide the necessary funding to cover the operational expenses of the school.
